Return Process

  Log into your Makera account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the hardware, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
